THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 29th }

day of May, 1974, by and between ERNEST W. COMBS, JR., and ~
ADONNA J. COMBS, his wife, parties of the first part, and

WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the ~
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), cash in hand paid by the party
of the second part unto the said parties of the first part, and ~

part to ~nable the parties of the first part to purchase and ;
acquire certa~n real estate situate at No. 1710 Ponce De Leon, -
in or near the City of Fort Pierce, Florida; the said parties

each hereby covenant and agree as follows: '

1. In the event that the said parties of the first ~

~ sell, convey or otherwise dispose of the said real estate situate
~ at No. 1710 Ponce De Leon, in or near the City of Fort Pierce,

part covenant and agree to pay unto the said party of the second ~
part the sum of Fourte~n Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00). Ho;aever,
in the event the said parties of the first part do not sell, ;
convey or otherwise dispose of the said real estate, then and ~
