grant and convey unto the said party of the second part a life
estate in the real estate situate at No. 1710 Ponce De Leon, in
or near the City of Fort Pierce, Florida; it being understood
and agreed that the party of the second part is granted the right
to live in the aforesaid dwelling house situ~te upon the said
real estate for and during the remainder or his lifetime; said
life estate granted herein by the parties of the first part is
to be enjoyed in the said real estate by the party of the second
part in common with the occupancy of the aforesaid real estate
by the parties of the first part herein.
3. It is further agreed by and between the parties
