3. The Operator is authorized to extend the existing ~
reservoir lease for such period of time as Operator deems '

advisable for the conunon interest of the Owners. Further,
if Operator deems it advisable it may exercise the option
to purchase the reservoir according to the terms set forth
in the lease thereof and may pay for the same from the
Owners' fruit income. In the event of such purchase, title
to said property shall be held by Operator in trust for all
Owners of record of lands platted as Indrio Groves as per :

plat in Plat Book 12, page 48, gublic records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
4. Except as expressly herein modified the above men-
tioned management and operating agreement shall remain in
full force and effect.
S. It is contemplated that this agreement will be executed

and all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one
agreement. This agreement shall be construed and interpreted
