RESOLUTION NO. 74-82 A~~
WI-~REAS, the Board of County Commissioners of 5t. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Cha~;Oer 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 23rd day of July, 1971, filed a lien
against any property owned by--I~fARGARET D. LAWSON. Rt. 1, Box 170,
~
Ft. Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $113.62, said lien being -
recorded in OR Book 194 at page 583 of the public records ~f
St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- `

sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
9th day of July, 1974 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record.
