the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
Eugene S. Strange, and wife, Mary L. Stranqe
to
Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc.
bearing date the 26 day of January , A.D. 19 73. recorded in
Officical Records Book 2 1 2 , page 1781 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of County, State of Florida, securing
that certain note in the sum of - - $18,478.89 - - - - - - -
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,.
upon the praperty situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot #885 of VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER,
INC., a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 201 at Page 1402
et seq. of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the
State of Florida (Chapter 711, Section ~11.01, et seq. 1965,
as amended) said description in this conveyance includes, but
is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel
above described, and including the ~~ndivided interest in the
