DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the
1_ ay of July ,1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. the marriage between RONALD JAMES
FOUNTAIN, Husband, and RUBY LEE FOUNTAIN, Wife, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matriinony heretofore existing between them and from the
; obligations arising therefrom.

2, CUSTODY. Custody of LORRI FOUNTAIN and BRENDA FOUNTAIN, minor

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition there is hereby assessed

check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Cour
! advised o£ their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
