FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 16th day of July, 1974,

and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence,

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and '
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife #
~
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the }
parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is, ~
i
thereupon,
ORDEP.ED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
l. DISSOL[JTION OF MARRIAGE. The marr.iage between ROBERT
EARL PFEIL and M11RY ANN B. PFEIL be, and the same is hereby, disselved,
, and the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the ob- 4
~ ligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT CHARLES PFEIL, minor child
of the parties hereto, is hereby awarded to MARY ANN B. PFEIL, with
reasonable visitatino rights reserved to ROBERT EARL PFEIL.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of July, 1974, ROBERT

EARL PFEIL shall pay to MARY ANN B. PF'EIL, the snm of $200.00 each and
every month, for the supnort of th~ ch'1 nam above.

hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each

order or cashier's check. Both of t~ie parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinc~ and residence addresses
at all times while this order is in effect.
