FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial. the 16th day of July , ,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, f inds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage bet~aeen the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon

i 1. DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between JOHN A,
i MIKUTA and NANCY GILLIN MIKULA be and the same is hereby dissolved
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fram the

bonds oi matrimony heretof ore exi~ting between them and from the
~
obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. NANCY GILLIN MIKUI.A be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her f ormer name of NANCY M. GILLIN
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had ttot
intervened.
3. JURISDICI'ION. J~:risdictien of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entr.y of such f~zrther Orders as
may be proper.
