The parties were married to each other on December 6, 1966, i . ~ . j Gt Vero Beach, Florida. j : 2. The Petitioner, DIANE ADKINS, has been a resident of { ! Florida for more than six (6) months next before filing the Petition of i ~ ( Dissolution of Marriage. i ; ~ 3. 1fie Respondent ~vas personally served process on June 20, ; ` i 1974, and answer filed by him. 4. Two (2) children were born of this marriage: CYNTHIA { ~ ADKINS, age 7 years and KENDRA ADKINS, age 2 years. ' i Both parents are fit parents, but the mother is the proper person to have care, custody and control of the above-named minor children, ~ s and the husband should have liberal visitation privileges. ~ 6. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject ~ ; ~ ~ matter of this action. ; : 7. Petitioner has proved the allegations of the Petition and ; : ~ that the marriage is irretrievably broken. Now, therefore, it is ORDEREU AND ADJUDGED: ' ~ 1.
