This cause came on for final hearing on July 16 , 1974, upon
Petition for Di~solution of Marriage, and Respondent, KENNETH ADKINS,

having been personally served process and the Court having heard the

testimony of DIANE ADKINS, Petitioner, and Petitioner's ~vitness and the i
testimony of KENNETH ADKINS, and being fully advised in the premises, the '
Court finds and decides as f~,llows: ~

1. The parties were married to each other on December 6, 1966, i

2. The Petitioner, DIANE ADKINS, has been a resident of {

Florida for more than six (6) months next before filing the Petition of i

Dissolution of Marriage. i

~ 3. 1fie Respondent ~vas personally served process on June 20, ;

1974, and answer filed by him.
4. Two (2) children were born of this marriage: CYNTHIA {
~
ADKINS, age 7 years and KENDRA ADKINS, age 2 years. '

Both parents are fit parents, but the mother is the proper
person to have care, custody and control of the above-named minor children, ~

and the husband should have liberal visitation privileges. ~
6. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject ~

~ matter of this action.

7. Petitioner has proved the allegations of the Petition and ;
:

that the marriage is irretrievably broken.
Now, therefore, it is ORDEREU AND ADJUDGED: '

1. That the marriage between Petitioner, DIANE ADKINS, and !
