shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exen~ise the same in the event of any subsequent default.
It is turther agreed that the Maker and each endoraer, surety, guarentor. jointly and aeverally, ahaU paY all co~ts of f
collection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's fee. on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. 1'his Note and all sums due hereunder ahall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida trom the date when the principal and accrued interest under
this Note ahall be due and payable_ The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year exeeed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida.
This Note is secured by a M~rtgage, dated the date hereot, of property situated in the State of Florida_
` The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifyinK the above terms of
~ payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ovrners of the property affected by said Mortgage, whether with or with-
out notice to the Maker, and lhe Maker shall conlinue liable to pay the amount due hersunder, but. with inlerest at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, accordinR to the teru~ of any such agreement of e:tension or modiCcation.
~ The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accraed intetest shall become due and payable at the option of
~ the Payee under the happening.of an ever~t by which said balance shall or may become due and payable under the terms

This Note may not be chaiiged orally, bul only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
forcement oE any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought_
All parties to this Note, wt~ether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endoraer, hereby waive presentment for
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and severally to remain

any extension ofi e:tensions of the time of, or tor the payment of said principal or intereat, or any change or changes in

security for this Note, and K•aive all and every kind of notice of such e:tension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
agree that the same may be made without the joinder of fhe Maker_
