Upon consideration, the Court finds the Defendant(~ ha S waived in accordance with law,
right to be heard on matter of issuance of a Writ of Replevin, after due notice of said hearing prior to final
adjudication in this cause and further that the Defendant(~ haS not filed written undertaking within the
provisions of Chapter 78.075 (2) of the Florida Statutes, for the stay of this Order; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause setting
~ forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint.
