This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause, and Petitioner, DAVID PAUL BUNNEY,
having acquired custody of the minor from his wife, MARSHA LYNN
BUNNEY, the natural mother of the minor, on January 28, 1973,
the date petitioner and the natural mother were married in Fort _
Pierce, Florida, and the petitioner,,DAVID PAUL BUNNEY, and the
natural mother, MARSHA LYNN BUNNEY, being husband and wife and
living together, and the natural father of the minor sought to
be_-adopted having been born out of wedlock and the natural father
of the child having deserted the child since she was canceived,

~ and it appearing to the Court tfiat the petitianer is a fit and
~ proper per~on to adopt the minor child, and that the best interests
~ ~
of the child will be promoted by the adoption, and that the
child is suitable for aduption by petitioner, DAVID PAUL BUNNEY,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as AII~E LEE AUSBROOK
is declared to be the legal child of the petitioner, DAVID PAUL
$INNEY, and is given the name of ~.IMEE LEE BUNNEY by which name
she shall hereafter be imown, and it is
ADJUDGED that this child sha11 be the child and legal
heir of the petitioner, DAVID PAUL BUNNEY, entitled to all rights
and privileges and subject to all obligations of a child born to
petitioner, DAVID PAUL BUNNEY, in lawful wedlock.
