TAIS CAUSE COMING ON TO BE HEARD before the Court and each
of the parties~hereto being represented by counsel and the Court
being otherwise fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the oral stipulation made before
the Court that the Motion for Default and Aefault proceedings
filed be set aside and, it is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to
Dismiss is hereby denied and the Defendant shall have 20 days
~ from July 11, 1974 in which to answer and, it is,
FURTHER c~RDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall fur-
nish to the Defendant copies of the contracts designated as
Exhibits "A" and "B" which inadvertently were not served upon the
Defendant with the Complaint and Sum4nons.
