S. l~epartment of Housing and Url~an Development, in advance of, or at the time of. his signing the contract or agreement. 1'he Purehaser has the right to revoke the contract or agreement within 48 hours after signing the contract or agreement if he did not receive the property i~eport at least 48 hours before signing the contract or agreement. This revceation auth~rity shall not apply in the case of a buyer who (1) has received the property re- port and inspected the lot to be purehased or leased in advance of signing the contract or agreement, and (2) ' acknowledges by his signature that he has made such inspection and has read and understood such report.
