' FINAL JUDGMSNT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for~trial the 12th day of July, 1974, ; and the Court having qiven full cansideration to all the evidence, ~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ; ~ f is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ; ! 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TROY _ , JOHNSON and ANNA ESTELLE JOHNSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, I and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the - obligations a~ising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of GREGORY JOHNSON, Age 15 years, the z ~ minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ANNA ESTEL~E JOHNSON, ; ~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the H band, TROY JOHNSON. ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the~_,day of . ~ ` ~ 1974, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $20.00 each and ~ every week for the support of the chil.d named above. _ ~ ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~ him remitted promptly to ANNA ESTELLE JOHNSON. In addition there is ~ L~2 ~ ; hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to - Q~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, ~ C~2 ~ ~ money order or cashier's check.
