In consideration of the payment to melus by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have reoeived, 1/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, o~eration and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guYs, cablas,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to ~econstruGt, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit~the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to ciit, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or oYher
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon; under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows: A 10-foot wide easement, the centerline of which is located
0.0 feet south of an parallel to the north right-of-way of Port St. Lucie
~I Boulevard and Port St. Lucie Boulevard, extended westerly, from a poixlt which
is 867.88 feet east and 44.00 feet north of the 2dorthwest corner of the SW~
of Section 11 - Township 37 South-Range 40 East~ a distance of 2250 feet~
more or less~ to a point at the waters edge of the North Fork of the St.
Lucie River; more particularly described as follows:
~'rom the Northwest corner of~ the SW% of Section 11 - Township 37 South-
Range 40 East, run South 89 57'21" East along the north line of th~ SW'~
of said section 11 a distance of 867.88 feet; thence run North 00 02' 39"
East a distance of 44.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline
of the following 10-foot wide easement:
From said Point of Beginning~ run North 89°5 7' 21" West, parallel to and
0.00 feet south of the north right-of-way of Port St. Lucie Boul.evard
~nd Port St. Lucie Boulevard, extended westerly~ a distance of 2250 feet,
more or less~ to a point at tt~e waters edge of the North Fork of the St.
Lucie River and tne terminus of this easement; all in Sections 10 and 11-
Township 37 South - Range 40 East~ St. Lucie County~ Florida.
