Before me, the undersigned officer in and for the State
of Florida at Large, personally came and appeared JAMES E. BROCK,
who, first duly cautioned and sworn, deposes and says:
1. That Affiant is a duly Registered Land Surveyor
practicing principally in Martin County and St. Lucie County,
Florida, under Certificate No. 688 issued pursuant to the laws _
of the State of Florida. _
2. That Affiant has heretofore on November 20, 1968 and
September 21, 1970 surveyed the following described real property, .
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz.:
~ The South 180 feet of the North 430 feet
(as measured along State Road Highway -
; A-1-A) lying Easterly of said State High-
' way A-1-A of Gove rnment Lot 2, Section 12,
f Township 37 South, Range 41 East.

C 3. That at the time of the aforesaid surveys there existed
no trails, roads or other physical evidence of access mutes of a
public or private nature over and upon the above described lands
from State Road A-1-A to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
' 4. Tr'hat Affiant has personally inspected aerial photographs
on file in the records of the Office of the Tax Assessor in and for
Martin County, Florida, depicting the physical aspects of the
:
southern area of St. Lucie County on Autchinson Island and the
northern area of Martin County on said Hutchinson Island, which said
