This cause came on to be heard upon Wife's Petition for Temporary
Alimony, Child Support, Restraining Order and Attorneys' Fees and
Costs, the Wife being present and represented by counsel, the Husband
being present but not represented by counsel, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
to the Wife $25.00 per week for ~
1. That the Husband shall pay i
temporary child support. Said payments are to be made through the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, Support Division, St. Lucie County Court- -
house, Ft. Pierce, Florida, commencing July 12, 1974, and shall he
made payable to Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit Court, by Cashier'$
II Check, lawful money order, or by cash, and $1.00 should be added to
i
each payment to cover service charge. The Clerk of the Circuit Court
~ shall then disburse such payments to Mrs. Deborah Carraway, 1020 B.
Mayfield Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The Wife shall have custody of the minor child of the parties
and the Husband shall have reasonable visitation rights with the minor
child, and he will advise the Wife at least twelve hours in advance
~ of his intention to visit said child.
3. The Husband, GORD~N CARRAf~+1AY. and the Wife, DEBORAH CARRAWA ,

~ are hereby enjoined and restrained from harming, molesting, annoying
~
or interfering with the p°rson or property of ach other.
