TO DEFENDANTS, NARRY MIDELIS, CATI~RINE MI~ELIS and
NICHOLAS H. MIDELIS, AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by
Plaintif~ against you seeking to foreclose a lien on the following
property in St. Lucie County, Florida: -
Commencing at the point of intersection of the east
right away line of U.S. Highway No. 1 and the south
line of Lot 1 of Carlson s subdivision as per plat thereof
~ recoraed in Pla t Book 3, page 24 of the public records
~ of St. Lucie Ccwnty, Florida. Said point of intersection
being south 89 deg. 45 min. cast, at a distance of
1235.66 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 1
~ thence north 16 deg. 14 min. west along the east right
away line of said U.S. Highway No. l~ 150 feet to the
point of beginning of the tract herein described. From
said point of beginning continue north 16 deg. 14 min.
west along the east right away line of said U.S. Highway
No. 1~142.1 feet thence south 89 deg. 45 min. east
195.95 feet thence south 20 deg. 31 min. east 145.68
feet thence north 89 deg. 45 min. west 207.38 feet to
point of beginning, being a portion of section 21
township 34 S. range 40 E. and containing 0.63 acres.
Said property being in St. Lucie County, Fla.
