WARRANTY DEED
TNIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 14th- day of Ma_T__ ,
1974, by SAMUEL TELIS, a/k/a SAM TELIS, individually and as
Trustee of the Samuel Telis Trust under the Will of Jacob
Telis, deceased, and the Dorothy Ramras Trust under the Will
of Jacob Telis, deceased, and PHYLLIS TELIS, his wife; ETHEL .
CLINE, a singl.e adult; DOROTHY RA1~fftAS, individually and as
Trustee of the Samuel Telis Trust under the Will of Jacob
Telis, deceased, and the Dorothy Ramras Trust under the Will
of Jacob Telis, deceased, and DAN RAMRAS, her husband, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to ROBERT L.LLOYD and GLADYS L.LLOYD, his wife,
whose post office address is Box 191, Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and
"Grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.) _
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases,_conveys and confirms unto the
Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit :
Commencing at the intersection of the West right-
of -way line of Ditch ~~3 of the ~North St . Lucie
River Drainage District and the Northeasterly
right-of-way line for Angle Road; Thence run
Northwesterly along said right-of-way line
843.49 feet to a concrete monument for a point
