~ being entered against the husband for failure to file or serve

any answer or pleading in this action, and the Court having given

;i full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:

This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of
i! this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists betwee
j~ IRENE COPELAND STEVENS and JAME.S STEVENS; the equities are with
i; ~
the wife and against the husband and the wife is entitled to a
dissolut?on of marriage. It is thereupon
pRDERED pND ADJUDGID as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife,
IRENE COPELAND STEVENS and the husband, JAMES STEVENS, be and the

~ ; same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them
i ±e: are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore }

existing between them and from-the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. IRENE COPELAND STEVENS be and she
'~is hereby authorized to assume her~former name of IRENE COPELAND
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not

FEES~AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~
