file or serve an answer or pleading and the Court having given ful
consideration to the evidence finds and detei~mines: This Court ;
has 'urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; ~

sl that the relations of husband and wife now exists between JEROME
BOZEMAN and ERNESTINE WASHINGTON BOZEMAN; the equities are with :

Dissolution of Marriage. It is thereupon
