The sums due and owinK hereunder shall be payable during lhe Amortization Period in equal monthly inalalmenta, ~
each in the amount ot the Instalment Payment. the first such tnstalment Payment to be made on the First Instalment
Payment Date and subeequent Inatalment Paymenta on the tirst day oi each month therea[ter until the Muturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance of prittcipal and intereat accrued and unpaid t~reon shall becotne due and pay- k
able: each such inatalment when paid shall be applied firat to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the In- ~
terest Rate and the remainder thereot to payment on account ot principal.
If any Instalmen~ ~'aymen! shall not be paid when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shali become 1ue and payable at once or themafter, at the option of the holder of this Note. The PaYee maY• at
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two cents for each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when

It is turther aereed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor. jointly and severally, shall pay all costa o~

This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the partY against whotc: en-

All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal. surety, (Narantor or endorser, hereby v?~aive presentr.~ent for
payment, demand, pmtest, notice ot protest, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agree joindy and aeverally to remain
and continue bound tor the payment of the principal and interest provided tor by the terma of this Note, notwithstanding
any e:tension or eztensions o~ the time of, or for the payment of said principal or interest, or any change or changes in
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue ot the obligation to paq pro~ided tor in this Note, or any
change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution of any real propertY and collateral, or either, held as
security for this Note, and w~aive all and every kind of notice of such extension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
agree that the same may be made without the joinder of the Maker.
