FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on fo_r trial this 12th day of July, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
~ and based upon the stipulation entered into and agreed upon by the
parties in open Court, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit, that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon:
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,
I~ 1. QISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD A'I•

~ p'NEAL and MILDRED F. O'NEAL be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed form the
~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from tne
obligations arising therefrom. _
2. CUSTODY. C~sstody of FELICIA O'NEAI., minor child of the
pa-rties, is hereby awarded to MILDRED F. O'NEAL: the Husband shall
have the right to the custod~~ of the child on Sur.days from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. and on alternate Holidays. The parties have stipulated
- that the Holidays contemplated by them are Thanksgivi~g, Christmas,
~ Easter, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. In the event that the Wife
should become incapacitated, the Husband shall have the right to
the custody of the child provided he can furnish adequate lodgings
and supervision for the child.
