shall pay to the Wife the sum of $15.00_each and every week for the
support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promgtly to MILDRED F. O'NEAL. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk-of this Court advised of their mailinq
and residence add=esses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. DEBTS OF THS.PARTIES. The Husband shall be responsible
for and pay the following debts:
r Personal Thrift $100.00(Approximate balance)
AVCO 400.00(Approximate balance)
The Wife shall be responsible for and pay the following
debts:
Pennies $ 90.00(Approximate balance)
AVCO 56.Q0(ApProximate balance)
Personal Thrift 300.00(Approximate balance)
5. INSURANCE. The Husband shall diligently process all
claims which he may have against his automobile insurance carrier
and pay directly to the Wife all sums received for her personal injury
~ and property damage done to the parties' vehicle incurred as a result
~ of the Wife's accident in the vehicle; any loss incurred as
a result of that accident which are not covered by the Husband's
insurance, shall be paid for by the Wife.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying the other.
~ 7. FEES AND COSTS. Each of the parties shall be responsible
for i~s own attarney's fee and_the costs of these proceedings.
