~ CAUSE after notice came before the Court upon the appli-

cation of the Plaintiff for temporary relief, at which time both ~
parties appeared. The Plaintiff was represented by Ralph L. Flowe s,_

Esquire and the Defendant pro se. It is thereupon _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That Savings Account Number 5573-8 located in the First
~1 National Bank of Fort Pierce be and the same is hereby temporaril
i~
frozen.

!i 2. That beginning July 19, 1974, the bank shall allow each
''1 party to this cause to withdraw Two Hundred Dollars (~6200.00) per
',i month for personal expenses, and each party shall withdraw no mor -

; ±i than the said sum per month, and each month thereafter until fur-
~ ther ~rder of this Court.

~ 3. That the First National Bank of Fort Pierce shall disburs
to Edmund Radke, mortgagee of the property owned jointly by the
parties, the aanount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) which
represents the mortgage payment beginning on the first day of
August, 1974, and the Srst of each month thereafter until further ~

4. That by stipulation of the parties the 1971 Chevrolet sha

be in the exclusive temporary possession of DORIS ?KILLS, and the
1974 Chevro?et shall be in the temporary possession of L. V. THO .

5. The possession of ~he property ow?led jointly by the parti s

~ shall remain in the possession of both parties.

" 6. That each party is hereby enjoined and restrained iri any ~
way; directly or indirectly from molesting, threatening, harassing
. M:~ or otherwise interfering with each other in any manner whatsoever.
