A Declaration of Condominium of VILLA DEL SOL, INC., has heretofore
been filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida in Official
Record Book 182, Page 1323,
1) The purpose of this Addendum is to reflect the actual apartment
construction by recording the attached floor and elevation plans (recorded
in Condominium Book l, Page2°-jjof the Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
I~lorida), and the Architects Certificate, certifying and identifying the
improvements constructed on Tracts 3, 4, S and 6, as legally described in
the Third Amendment to Declaration of Condominium, set forth in O,R.
Book 215, Page 794, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS 1VHEREOF, the undersigned, has caused these presents to be
signed, iq its name, by its President, and its corporate seal affixed,
