BEFORE AtE, the undersigned authority, personally appeared PHILIP
BRADEN, who, being by me duly sworn, deposes and says:
1, That he is an architect duly registered and licensed by the
State of Flc~rida and practicing in Dade and Martin Counties, Florida,
:~nd is the same architect who prepared the amended plot plans and
building plans of VILLA DEL SOL, IhC., a condominium, a portion of
which plans are attached to the Declaration of Condominium and Amend-
ments and are recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 15,7.~''-iz , of the
E'ublic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
2. That he does hereby certify that the said above portions,
together with the wording of the Declaration of Condominium and Amend-
,~ents, and the schedules attached thereto, are a true and correct repre-
sentation of the improvements described in such Declaration and that from
such Declaration and the exhibits attached thereto, there can be~.deter-
mined the identification, location, dimensions and size of the=con~o:n
elements and of each unit~ and that construction thereof is suf~f~~iently
complete to make such identification.
