~is cause coming to be heard on July 18, 1974 on Defend-
ant's l~otio,i for More Definite Statement, and counsel for the
Plaintiff having agreed to furnish invoices to the Defendant, and
the Court being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follaws:
1. The Plaintiff shall have 20 days fran the date hereof
; to furnish a more definite statement to the Defendant in the form

2. The Defendant shall have 15 days from receipt of the
more definite statement to file his answer.
