Together with all and singular tbe tenements. hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also atl buildings, structures, additions and impmvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including aq of the bailers, mechines, heating plant, lighting plant, and ap
plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets. basins. electric heating end lighting _
plants, lighting 6xtcres. power machinery. olant or plants for running end operation of passenger or other e!evators. ~
including passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter ,
located in the building upon said land, and ell other machinery, appliences and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
premises, either in renewal or reFlecement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenences originally installed on
, said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the
above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other ciaims in fevor of any other person and thet this deed shall be a
first lien thereon.
