WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
ti on organi zed under the 1 aws of . the Uni ted States of Wneri ca, i s
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:

A mortgage deed, execu~ed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Recor.ds of St. Lucie County, Florida, ,
~ encwbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
.Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie _
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
~ tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Luci e County, Fl ori da; and ~
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City 6ank, in consideration of

lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its

and discharged of and from the lien of sa~d Murtgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaini.ng part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
