DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ; ~ This cause came on for trial the 19th day of July, 1974, and i ~ . ~ the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds i and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject = matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists ~ . ; between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- _ trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ # ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 2 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband, ~ . ~ i WILLIAM N. TOOMBS, and the Wife, BETTY JEAN WOODS TOOMBS, be and the same is hereby disso~ved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between _ ~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ~ i 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife, BETTY JEAN WOODS TOO*~iBS, ~ f ~ be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of BETTY JEAN ' WOODS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not # intervened. 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. M 4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $ ~ to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herei~ and the Husband, WILLIAM N.
