ORDER CONFIRMING SALE AND
APPROVING SETTLEMENT
This cause, having been presented to the~Court on the
petition of the conservator of the above estate for con-
firmation of a conveyance of certain real property and for
confirmation ~f a settlement of a cerLain pending dispute,
and it appeari.ng to the Court that the conveyance of said
real property was previously authorized by the_prior order
of the Court, and it further appearing that at the clasing
of said sale, certain terms of the contract were modified,
and it appearing that the confirmation of said sale is in
the best interest of the estate of said absentee; and the -
~ court having further considered the petition for approval

of a settlement of a certain pending dispute between the

conservator and the husband of sai.d absentee, Robert
McInerney, and it appearing that said settlement is in the
best interest of the estate of said absentee, and the court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the conveyance by First
~:Natior~l Bank of Stuart, as Conservator of the Esta~e of
