the Windjammer Lounge.
TOGETHER WITH the building located thereon and all
furniture and fixtures located therein, the busi-
ness conducted therein and the goodwill of said
business.
TOGETHER WITH Liquor License No. 76-19, Series 6-COP.
SUBJECT TO purchase money mortgage held by Jensen Beach
Bank.
IT IS FORTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sale of
the liquor inventory on hand at date of closing, and pay-
ment of accounts receivable as reflected in said petition
is hereby confirmed and approved.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the agreement executed by and
between First National Bank of Stuart as Conservator of the
Estate of Jeanne McInerney, Absentee, and Robert G. McInerney,
executed on July 2, 1974, as modified as set:fbrth in the
petition, is hereby approved and confirmed;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that First National
i Bank of Stuart, as Conservator of the Estate of Jeanne
~ McInerney, Absentee, is authorized to execute and deliver all
( contracts and deeds necessary to carry out the terms of the
aforesaid agreeiaent, as modified.
