moving the Court to appoint a conservator of the estate of

the~absentee has an interest in property, both real and personal,
situated in this state; that the absentee has not provided an
~ adequate powe= of attorney authorizing another to act in her
behalf regarding such property; that a necessity exists for
providing care for the estate of the absentee; and that
petitioners have requested the appointment of First Nati.onal _
Bank of Stuart as conservator of the estate; it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJLIDGED that the petition for appointment of
a conservator of the estate of absentee, Jeanne McInerney, be
granted, and that E`irst National Bank of Stuart be appointed
conservator of said absentee's estate and have all the powers of
a guardian of the property under Chapters 744 and 745 of Florida s
~ Statutes.
