,kand the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
};finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~~and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
~~and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~

;~betwee~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be ~

;dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. as follows:- ~
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~

`RICHARD L. NORVELL and RATHRYN T. NORVELL be and the same is i
~hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby j

~'forever. freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~
~ ;
.:between them and from the obliqations arising therefrom. ;

2. COUNTER-CLAIM. That the Counter-Claim be and the ~
:same is hereby denied. ~

3. PROPERTY. That the Husband, RICHARD L. NORVELL shall !
.,pay to the Wife, RATHRYN T. NORVELL, the sum of $700.00 cash ~

'in full settlement of her claims for any interest in the business ;

'~and for any alimony claims. i
~ 4. PROPERTY. The Wife, KATHRYN T. NORVELL shall retain ~
~
;.the rifle and shotgun which are naw in her possession. ;
5. FEES AND COSTS. Each party shall be responsible for ~

' ypaying their own attorney's fee and costs. j
