DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 19th day of July, 1974, and
the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between JIMMY BROWN,
Husband, and ANNA MAE BROWN, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofare existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. j

2. CUSTODY. Custody of YVONNE DeLOISE BROWN, GLANDORE BROWN,
~ VICTORIA BROWN, ANNIE MAE BROWN and MARCUS LEON BROWN, minor children ~

of the parties, is hereby awarded to ANNA MAE BROWN, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the Husband.
~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2~th day of July, 1974, the Husband
~ shall pay to the Wife the sum of $40.00 each and every week for the
support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted to the clerk promptly. In addition thereis hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
the Clerk. 1~~1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this

7. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $ ~0.~' $
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and
