THIS CAUSE having come on for hearinq upon motion of the
plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in
the military services of the United States, minor defendants and
also to represent defendants non cor.:pos mentis or otherwise under
legal disability, if any, and it appearinq to the Court that such
motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised ;
