THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court,
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of said suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the plaintiff and defendant; th~
equities are with the plaintiff and against the defendant and ~
the plai.ntiff is.entitled to a divorce. It is thereupon
ORDERED, ADJUDGED.AND DECREED as follows:
' i. DIVORCE. The marriage between the glai.ntiff, THOMAS -
D. TARDY, and the defendant, RUTH LORAINE TARDY, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and-the sai.d parties and each of them
