BILL OF SALE OF VESSEL
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:
Know ye, That CARL P. WILD, an owner of the British Motor -
Vessel called "Abaco Wanderer", for and in the consideration of

the su.~n of FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($5,500.00) DOLLARS to him ;

in hand paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents, °

by JOSEPH J. K. RITTER, an individual c/o Misener Marine Construc-

tion Company, Saint Petersburg.Beach, Florida, the receipt of which ±

it does hereby acknawledge and is therewith fully satisfied. con-
ten ted and paid. has bargained and sold and by these presents does
; bargain and sell unto the said JOSEPH J. K. RITTER, his successors

and assigns, all of the said British Motor Vessel called "Abaco
wanderer", registered at the port of Nassau, N.P., Bahama Islands ;
in the year 1963, 155 feet in length, of a deadweight of 275 S.T.,
and E31.06 of gross tonnage and 22.9 net tons, the same being the
latest registry of said vessel together with her engin~s, boilers ?

machinery anchors, anchor chains, life boats. davits, cooking ~

utensils, galley gear. which should include all stores and gear '
aboard and stored ashore, furniture and other necessities
thereunto appertaining and belonging; the said vessel being sold
"as is" and "where is" at Fort Pierce, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO H~iLD the said Motor Vessel "Abaco Wanderer"
and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said JOSEPH J. K.
RITTER, his successors and assigns, to the sole and only proper
