successors and assigns forever;
And the said CARL P. WILD has promised co~e~anted and
agreed. and by these presents does promis~,covenant and agree
for himself, his successors and assigns to and with JOSEPH J. K.
RITTER, his successors and assigns to warrant and defend the
said Motor Vessel "Abaco Wanderer" against all and every person
whomsoever, and the said CARL P. WILD, further warrants to the
P said JOSEPH J. K. RITTER, his successors and assigns that the
"Abaco Wanderer" is free and clear of all claims, liens, taxes -
and encumberances of any kind a nd nature.
In Testimony Whereof, the said CARL P. WILD, has signed his
