The sums due and owinR hereunder ahall be payable during the Amortization Period in equal ironthly instalmenta,
each in the amount of the Instalment Yayment, t6e tirat such Inatalment Payment to be made on the Fint Inatalment

able; each such instalment when paid ahall be applied first to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the Io-

If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due. then tt~e entire principal sum and acrrued interest here- "~z~-~
under shall become due and payable at once or thereatter, at the option of the holder ot this Note. The Payee may. at :
its option, collect a late charge not to e:oc.~ed two cents for each one dollar of each Imtalment Payment not paid when '
due to reimburse the Payee for e:penses of servicing delinquent Instalment Payments. Failure to exerrise these optiom
shall not conatitute a waiver of the right to exemise the same in the event of any subsequent de(ault.
It is further agrecd that the Maker and each endorser, sutety, guarantor. joindy and severally, shall pay all costa of ;
collection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's [ee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any acrrued s

All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endorser, hereby waive presentment tor
payment, demand, pmtest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and ezpressly agree jointly and severally to remain
and continue bound tor the payment ot t6e principal and interest provided for by the terms o( this Note, notwithstanding
any extension or extensions o( the time of, or for the payment of said principal or interest, or any change or changes in
the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue ot the obligation to pay provided for in this Note, or any
change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution of any real property and collaterai, or either, held as ~
security for this Note, and v?aive all and every kind ot notice of such e:tension or e:tensions, change or changes, and }
