This cause coming on to be heard on Monday, July 15,
1974, on a Garnishment After Judgment and the Court having
heard testimony on behalf of the Plaintiff, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE,
and the Defendant and Garnishee having failed to file any
answer, traverse or other pleading, and having failed to -
appear in the proper person or by counsel and the Court being
I otherwise fully advised, It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a default and final judgment
for the enti=e sum of $699.94 plus cost of $27.50 is hereby
entered against the Garnishee and that the Plaintiff do have
and recover of and from _said Garnishee the total sum of
$727.44, for all of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORAERED this 15th day of July, 1974.
