Notice is given that a suit was ins itu ~~'~,ti~the
Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, in ~y, on the
day of , 1974, by HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT
ST. LUCIE, IN ~1 P aintiff, against WILLIAM BALL and wife, MARY B.
BALL, Defendants.
The property involved is a certain condominium parcel
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows:
~ Condominium Parcel: Block B, Lot #16 of HOLIDAY OUT AT
~ ST. LUCIE, a condominium, aecording to the Delc.aration
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book
168 at page 1348, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. As provided for by the Condominium Act
of the Statutes of the State of Florida, (Chapter 711,
Florida Statutes, 1965, Et.Seq.) said description in this
conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appur-
tenances to the condominium parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned thereto
and including the undivided interest in the common
elements of said condominium.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure ~
~ of the mortgage encumbering the above-described property in the ~

decreeing of a sale of the property under the direction of the
Court in default of the payment of the amount found to be due the
~ plaintiff under the mortgage, and for other and further general
~
relief as set forth in the complaint. "
