NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- -
, tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental .
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~,st, securing .

encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~

Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encumberir.g other lands in Polk County, Florida, which

City 6ank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of~the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said

NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
