Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~

2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in ~t. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Nortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured _
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and ~
also encun6ering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ;
Modification of Mort~gage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion•and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
- WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage; ~
