Contempt, filed herein by the Wife, PATRICIA DELORES ELMORE, and the
Petition To Modify Final Judgment And~Separation Agreement As To
Visitation Rights Of Husband, and the~~rt finding that the parties ~

hereto and the minor children of the parties are withi.n the juris-
' diction of the Court, the Court further finding that the parties

~ hereto have, with their respective attorneys bf record,. entered into

~ a written stipulation and agreement settling all matters to be pre- ~

sently heard and determined by the Court, and the Court being further ~

~ fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration, ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~said stipulation and agreement,
