During the Intereat Period interest ftom t6e date of each advance. at the Intecest Rate. shall be payable monthly on

roay, at ita option. collect a late charge not to ezceed two centn~ur each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid
when due to reimburae the PaYee for e:penaes of servicing delinquent Inatalment Paymente. Failure to ezercise these
optiona ehall not constitute a waiver oi the right to e:ercise the same in the event of any subsequent default.
It ia further agreed t6at tbe Maker and each endorser. surety, gnarantor. jointly and severally, shall pay all coeta oi

intereat due hereunder on the due date thereof• This Note and alt suma due hereunder ahall bear interest at the highest

This Note may not be changed orally. but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
