Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared t
GEORG$ S. LEN1~fRD who, by me being first duly sworn, deposes and
says: ~
1. That ETHEL S. LENL~RD, now known as STHSL S. LENL~?RD
SCHUYLER and W. H. LSNI~RD were the awners of the following
described property in ~t. Lucie C~unty, Florida, to wi~:
Beginning at a point 204.7 feet South of the Northwest
corner of I,ot 13, Block 1, of ~RRISS SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 3, at page -
5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida .
which point is marked with a concrete monument; run
then Easterly along South right-of way line of said
Main Street a distance of 145.34 feet; thence run
South a distance of 176.22 feet; thence run West a
distance of 68.30 feet to Eastern property line of
Florida East Coast Railway Company; thence run North _
23°37' along said Eastern property line to the point
of beginning.
2. That W. H. LENI~RD and ETHEL S. LSNI~RD, now known as
ET~L S. LENL~IRD SCHUYLER were married from at least August 5,
; 1919 until November 18, 1961, the date of death of W. H. LENI~RD.
