~ TOGETHER with all strurtures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
~ thereto and aN rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to acc~ve from said premises all of which are included
within the foregaing description and the habendum hereof. Alw all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
~ cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliantes, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereaker pertain to or be used with, i~ or on said premises, even though they ;

y IT IS ~11UTUALLY COVENANTED AN'J AGREEO by and between the parties herero that upon request of the Mort- ~
~ gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
~ further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
~npaid, and the totat amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortga9e may decrease or increase from time
ro tirr~e, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shail not exceed the maximum principal sum of
~ ~ 20, 800. 00 together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the j
payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse-
ments at the rate specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attomey's fees and court cosis
~ incurred in the collection of any or all of such sums of money.
